Warden Construction Limited was founded in 1954. The company has built a team of skilled people, earning a reputation for completing projects on time and quality.

During our 66 years in business, the company has experienced planned, sustainable growth, winning higher value contracts and expanding the markets in which we work. To successfully continue this growth, we have developed our mission, vision and values.

With a record order book and expanding business, it provides our employees with an increased scope of work, providing new challenges and expanding on their skillset.

The strong reputation built up over many years has meant our team has been fortunate enough to have been involved with some of the most high profile projects in the North West, as well as undertaking many challenging projects in the education, healthcare, commercial and industrial sectors. We are proudly expanding the number of new homes that we build year on year with a combination of joint venture and in-house developments.
