Our Black Heritage Insight Event is primarily aimed at Black Heritage university students and recent graduates who are interested in learning about a career in the banking and financial services industry on our student and graduate programmes in the UK. The event will be delivered by current graduates and recruiters.
During the event, you will get a chance to get to understand what a day in the life of a graduate may be, with hints and tips on the application process along the way. This includes bespoke sessions on identifying your strengths for interviews, as well as finding out more about the virtual assessment centre experience from graduates who have recently undertaken them.
Additionally, find out more about Diversity & Inclusion within HSBC, with insights into the Embrace Employee Resource Group and the BAME Early Careers Working Group. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the programmes and the selection process.
