We've partnered with Vodafone to continue their work to empower more women in the workplace and bring you an exclusive Tech Females of the Future event on 19th June in central London. The day is aimed at introducing you to the exciting world of technology at Vodafone, providing you with the skills you need to succeed and giving you the opportunity to be fast tracked (you could find yourself securing a graduate role by the end of June).

They're after bright graduates, with STEM degrees and a clear passion for technology to join them in Paddington, central London.

What you can expect

  • Discover how female leaders from the world of tech and innovation made it in the industry
  • Grow your network and gain insights from current Vodafone graduates, who will be on hand to tell their stories
  • Attendees will be fast tracked on the day and have the opportunity to be on the verge of securing a place on their Discover Technology Graduate Programme for 2019

Here's everything you need to know about the programme which is split into four sub streams: security, data analytics, networking engineering and operations and software engineering. The roles are in either their London or Newbury offices, and include three rotations. Note that the deadline has past making this an amazing opportunity to get fast-tracked through the process.

How the Fast Track event works

To secure your spot at the event, click 'Apply Now' to complete the short application form and we'll be in touch to organise a phone call to talk through the opportunity. From there, you'll be accepted onto the event (which includes an assessment) and if you impress on the day, you'll have almost secured a place on their graduate scheme. Vodafone will share a psychometric test after the event and on passing that, you'll be starting at Vodafone coming September.

To be eligible for the event you must have the right to work in the UK during your employment with Vodafone and have a 2:2 or be in your 3rd year. You're not eligible if you've already applied for the Vodafone graduate programme this academic year.
