The word "conflict" usually creates a negative impression on our minds… But conflict is a part of life. Lack of conflict in a relationship is not maturity, what really counts in maturity is how we deal with conflict.
We all struggle with difficult relationships in our lives which can often generate conflict. In fact conflict happens in what we class as our good relationships… It is inevitable and often necessary to bring about change and innovation. There are many situations that we can't control, but we can control our response in those situations and the way that we respond can encourage different behaviours in others.
In this webinar we will look at two different conflict models, Transactional Analysis and the Thomas Kilmann Indicator, which will increase awareness of your own particular conflict style. This will increase your choices of response in different situations to facilitate strong & healthy relationships.
