The impact you’ll make in this role

As an EMEA Safety & Industrial Channel Co-Ordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting the EMEA Channel Leadership teams to co-ordinate and implement operational tasks associated with managing 2,500 Channel Partners through a Channel Sales team of 200+ people.  These may include but are not limited to
  • Data Integrity of ‘Customer Attributes’ and integration of data into Sales Tools, including Power BI and Salesforce
  • Training Co-ordination, driving awareness and participation in new training platforms
  • Event Co-ordination of internal and external Channel conferences
  • Marketing collaboration with Area Marketing teams to equip Channel Sales teams to sell

Your skills and expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following skills:

  • You will currently be undertaking a Business-related degree with a year in Industry (commencing Aug/Sept 2022)
  • Knowledge & experience across Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMS
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence outcomes and ensure tasks/projects progress at pace
  • Ability to network across multiple functions
