Client Delivery Graduate Programme 

On this programme, you’ll work with a client team to deliver business transformation. This will include designing, building and testing strategic solutions ready for implementation. 

A key member of the team, you’ll focus and commit to understand client requirements, formulate a plan of action, and work with a range of onshore and offshore delivery teams to get it done. In close contact with the client at every stage, this role will make the most of your ability to communicate complex technologies, while handling third party suppliers, timelines and expectations.

Your credibility will depend on your passion for, and knowledge of, technology. So we’ll make sure your training covers the most advanced technology in the market. You’ll develop industry-leading specialist skills and be kept fully up to speed with the latest innovations and delivery practices. This could cover everything from software and emerging tech such as wearables, to cloud computing, digital, mobile, social or analytics. What’s more, because how we work is as important as what we work on, depending on your project, your structured training and learning could also cover business analysis, delivery methods, project and programme management as well as a range of industry certifications.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for 

You’ll need a university degree in any discipline, a passion for technology and excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills. Overall, we’re looking for a willingness to develop, a creative mind and an interest in process improvement.  

Ours is an industry that’s driven by client demand. Which means that we have to place people in the industries and geographies where our clients need them most. As well as being flexible, an open mind coupled with patience is a real bonus. 

If you are successful, you will need to be available for start dates between Oct 2020 and July 2021. 

Where you’ll work 

You will need to live within commutable distance of the office you are applying to. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will need to be prepared to travel and sometimes live away from home for long periods of time.
