Programme Overview

The Recruitment Apprenticeship is an incredible opportunity to explore and immerse yourself in a function that sits at the heart of Accenture’s business. This two-year programme provides exposure to the full recruitment process and aspects of the HR lifecycle as it relates to recruitment.   As a valued team member, you will:

  • Work with a team of recruitment specialists to source the brightest and best entry level candidates
  • Create and deliver strategies that provide new joiners with an exceptional candidate experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by partnering with our business leaders
  • Grow your people knowledge and experience of different HR functions related to recruitment
  • Build core foundational Recruitment and HR skills
  • Receive detailed feedback to help grow your career
  • Be a part of a global network of HR experts

What you’ll learn

The best part is that you don’t need to have any recruitment experience. You will start your Accenture career with a comprehensive training and induction programme where you will develop a range of skills and gain insights into working at Accenture.

The apprenticeship lasts for 2 years, formal training throughout the programme is supplied by BPP, with a combination of on-the-job training, as well as structured training & courses.

What we’re looking for

You will need 5 GCSEs grade A*-C including Math and English. ‘A’ Levels is desirable but not mandatory.

You’ll also have a real interest in HR/ Recruitment and a desire to build skills in this area, as well as a logical mind-set and problem-solving ability. Plus, strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
