Programme Overview
The Recruitment Apprenticeship is an incredible opportunity to explore and immerse yourself in a function that sits at the heart of Accenture’s business. This two-year programme provides exposure to the full recruitment process and aspects of the HR lifecycle as it relates to recruitment. As a valued team member, you will:
- Work with a team of recruitment specialists to source the brightest and best entry level candidates
- Create and deliver strategies that provide new joiners with an exceptional candidate experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor by partnering with our business leaders
- Grow your people knowledge and experience of different HR functions related to recruitment
- Build core foundational Recruitment and HR skills
- Receive detailed feedback to help grow your career

What you’ll learn
The best part is that you don’t need to have any recruitment experience. You will start your Accenture career with a comprehensive training and induction programme where you will develop a range of skills and gain insights into working at Accenture.
The apprenticeship lasts for 2 years, formal training throughout the programme is supplied by BPP, with a combination of on-the-job training, as well as structured training & courses.

What we’re looking for
You will need 5 GCSEs grade A*-C including Math and English. ‘A’ Levels is desirable but not mandatory.
You’ll also have a real interest in HR/ Recruitment and a desire to build skills in this area, as well as a logical mind-set and problem-solving ability. Plus, strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
