Reporting to the Head of Paid Digital and working within a team ranked as exceptional by our digital media partners, you will be responsible for successfully delivering paid marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives.

Highly numerate, comfortable with data and detail and keen to learn,  you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, focused not only on creating and scheduling campaigns but researching audiences and managing budgets to achieve the best results.

Who we are

Accord is an award-winning, proudly independent performance marketing agency, but what makes us stand out is our Digital Academy, set up to develop the next generation of digital leaders.  Through a 12-month training programme, we will help you understand how digital solutions solve business challenges, working closely with key partners, including Google, Microsoft and Meta.

What we are looking for

An enthusiastic and hard-working individual with some experience in digital marketing.  Or someone already working in Digital (PPC/Paid Social) but looking for more responsibility and the opportunity to be part of a team operating at the forefront of industry best practice.

Working within a team of talented individuals, your responsibilities will focus on planning, delivering and proactively managing Paid campaigns that achieve our clients’ marketing objectives, as everything we do is about measurable results.

You need to be:

  • Experienced in Digital Marketing.
  • Analytical, performance-orientated with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Computer literate.

What we offer

We recognise that we are only as good as the people we hire.  Therefore, in addition to a competitive salary, our benefits include:

  • A friendly, collaborative working environment where ideas and talent thrive, success is recognised and rewarded, and ongoing support is provided to help you develop your skills and career with us.
  • A hybrid working format that gives everyone all the positive lifestyle aspects of home working whilst maximising the benefits of being in an office and spending time with colleagues.  Plus, we offer flexible hours, starting 8.30am through to 10.30am.
  • We believe that taking time to rest and recharge is important, so we offer unlimited leave, meaning your holiday allowance is genuinely up to you, as long as you can get the job done and it doesn’t impact the wider team.
  • We understand the importance of diversity and inclusion, priding ourselves on building a working environment where different voices and experiences are listened to and valued.
  • We believe that good mental and physical health is vital to success. We have two qualified Mental Health First Aiders and an internal communications channel where we regularly share helpful and inspiring well-being content.
  • Plus, we’re sociable in and out of work, whether that be our annual summer party, competitive bowling, pay-day drinks or a pub quiz - there’s always something going on.
