About Us

The UK Local Chief Engineer’s team is primarily accountable for the airworthiness and safety of the Wing, Landing Gear, Fuel and Inverting systems. We lead aircraft development projects by specifying technical requirements, managing engineering teams to deliver “best for aircraft” solutions, and solving problems. We also actively support aircraft being assembled and those operating in-service.

The A330 Family is the most popular widebody family ever, dominating the widebody short to medium haul market. Highly versatile, it flies efficiently on routes from less than 1 hour to over 17 hours. The successful A330 Freighter and MRTT variants are also proof of this high versatility. The A330neo delivers increased range, improved operating costs and is the first large airliner to receive certification under the ICAO CO2 emissions standard. The A330/A340 Family Chief Engineer’s Team is looking for a placement student to join our friendly, self-motivated, autonomous and highly experienced team.
