As part of the V&V Engineering team within Airbus Defence and Space Cyber Security UK you will be verifying new cryptographic devices and key management systems to assure critically sensitive national and commercial information.

You will have opportunity to grow in a number of domain against varying test surfaces against vigorous standards set by the UK National Cyber Security Centre.

You will contribute across the full development lifecycle for bespoke cryptographic products, in collaboration with systems, software, hardware and FPGA engineers.

Tasks

The Graduate Verification Engineer will work within the Cyber Security UK Engineering team developing test cases and associated scripts against networked cryptographic devices and cryptographic key management systems.

Opportunities will exist to Improve process by embracing industry best practice whilst continuing to provide test assurance.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • At a minimum, a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Software / Software in Test Engineering or related subject,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

  • Strong team focus.
