Job Description

Due to the expansion of the Support Team we have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Junior Service Delivery Manager within Airbus Cyber Security in Newport, South Wales and involves working within the UK Defence industry, requiring the applicant to be able to be security cleared to a UK DV level. (Minimum requirement SC)

The role of Junior Service Delivery Manager will encompass a wide range of tasks including but not limited to, data analytics and report writing, collating data to create reports/metrics/produce graphical data, SLA measurement and assisting with the co-ordination of regular tasks required to adhere to customer contracts

Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager your primary role will be to produce reports and be able to interpret raw data, working across multiple departments in order to co-ordinate processes and manage SLAs.

You will need to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills as you will have to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects with changing priorities. Good time Management, planning and organisational skills are also key to be a success in this role.

The Junior Service Delivery Manager role would suit an individual who is able to adapt to a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards to Support our customers.

You will play an active role in Continual Service Improvement and constantly evaluate processes and practices and assisting with scheduling and managing progress of tasks.

Experience

  • Entry Level Experience in Service or Support Delivery Management.
  • Degree educated in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Management or ITIL qualified
