Job description

How will you contribute?

  • Ensuring all design spaces are kept tidy and fully equipped with fitting equipment. This includes Creative Director’s working area, atelier, and design desk areas.
  • Ordering supplies for the studio and the atelier. Ordering stationery and haberdashery on a weekly basis. Liaising with our partners and suppliers and being accountable for keeping contacts up to date.
  • Maintaining positive relationships and negotiating deals with such partners and suppliers.
  • Responsible for scheduling the maintenance of atelier equipment, organising servicing of machines including the lectra plotter and digitiser.
  • Partnering with appropriate teams to organise training for new starters to use the Lectra & plotter.
  • Arranging and ensuring all underpinnings, robes and tablecloths are dry cleaned as needed.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to arrange moves within the studio and atelier space, dealing with broken equipment and booking spaces for fittings/special events.
  • Receiving and checking invoices, raising POs and ensuring all vendors are set up on the system correctly.
  • Management of expenses, collaborating with the Finance department to ensure policies are adhered to.
  • Support design and atelier teams with expenses.
  • Organising catering for fitting/styling days and shoot prep days.
  • Ensuring the model wellbeing standards are being adhered to.
  • Communicating with the Design team to ensure models are booked each week.
  • Tracking working hours of casual workers, agency workers and consultants to ensure invoices align and payments are made within the correct deadlines.
  • Acting as the point of contact for all internal and external people attending show prep weeks.
