At Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) one of our primary aims is to ensure that candidates are able to secure their ideal role, but we know there isn’t always the opportunity to do this unless you have the experience.
Well, we want to change that with the launch of Access AGS. Recruitment is usually the career people “fall” into, and it shouldn’t be. Working in the recruitment and staffing world can offer so many opportunities to make friends for life, build confidence and new skills, work with global brands, gain exposure across various cultures and even work overseas if that’s your passion and we know this first-hand.
Job description
This 12-month programme gives individuals the opportunity to see into our world and develop key skills required to succeed in this industry. The programme will cover:
- Learning how to build sustainable and successful business relationships partnering with clients, stakeholders and business partners and applying this to everyday business success
- Dive into the world of numbers and understand how to use data to drive decision making and influence in the business world
- Leveraging technology to navigate administration and communication, driving action, collating information and presenting ideas
- Open your mind to the value of diverse thinking and instill yourselves as a valued member of an inclusive workforce
At the end of which, you will be given the opportunity to move into a Programme Specialist role supporting our amazing clients or internal teams.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be available to interview in person on either Thursday 12th or Thursday 19th January 2023 in Birmingham
- The full-time programme will commence on Monday 6th March 2023
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis
