    Job description

    The Onboarding Administrator will report to the Business Support Manager and will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of contingent workers into AGS. The focus of the role is to ensure that contingent workers being onboarded into AGS are fully compliant and are onboarded by the given deadlines. They use the initiative to prioritise and complete tasks in order of importance and report back on issues in a timely manner, offering solutions whilst demonstrating patience despite setbacks.

    An active participant in the team, they execute a range of compliance checks, liaising directly with contingent workers to ensure completion in a timely manner and are integral in building a compliant contractor pack for our clients.

    Key responsibilities

    • Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
    • Responsible for the initiation and completion of key onboarding checks such as Right to Work
    • Peer auditing of key onboarding checks & completing any corrective actions required
    • Manage internal inboxes and onboarding trackers
    • Support the rest of the team in ensuring candidates are compliant ahead of their start date
    • Responsible for high volumes of data entry, validation of data and integrity for all information entered into key systems
    • A subject matter expert on the compliance check process and policy, set by Allegis Group, our clients and legislation
    • Dedicated point of contact for internal customer queries relating to onboarding and proactively seeks solutions, escalating where appropriate
    • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and information

    We will provide formal training to support both your professional development, such as how to interpret Allegis Group policies for onboarding contingent workers including auditing compliance, and personal development, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Giving and Receiving Feedback and Wellbeing. You will have daily access to our social learning platform to enhance your self-directed learning and, through the experience of AGS employees, learn about AGS, how to navigate the organization and the services and products we offer to our clients.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
    • Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages
    • Previous experience of working within an office or administration
    • Previous exposure to a Customer and/or Sales Support environment would be an advantage
