    The role

    Enjoying a busy working atmosphere, you will be a key brand ambassador for Alliance Healthcare UK, working with our internal teams and external agencies to influence and deliver the carrying out of our B2B marketing plans for NWOS, Forte, Cavendish, Medical and Surgical brands under the guidance of the Head of Marketing. You will play a key role in Pre-Flu and Flu season marketing collateral, delivering activities to drive awareness of availability, training initiatives and associated products to drive sales revenue. You will ensure all customer-facing marketing materials (e.g. publications; flyers; local marketing materials) are in line with agreed brand guidelines, are consistent and appropriate of style, and gain approval from Group/Division when required.

    You will own the publication of all daily / weekly price list updates; quarterly Medical Directory; AHUK Wholesale Agreement updates; Out of Stock reports on to AH Direct and ensure internal / external stakeholders are aware as well as managing the distribution of Monthly statement reminder e-crm to downstream customers.

    You will also have the opportunity to support the Head of Marketing in the development and delivery of strategic marketing projects/campaigns support the marketing team in delivering e-crm activities and create engaging internal marketing brand materials and collateral to help drive colleague awareness and engagement particularly in relation to our Guiding Principles roll out across the business.

    As Assistant Brand Manger you will support the management of the teams budgets by raising POs and ensuring all spend on activities worked on are within the approved budget. You will also be required to provide spend reviews for budget codes in your brands at key points in the year.

    This role also involves inputting ideas from your brands into Upstream and internal newsletters, contributing brand news stories at editorial meetings, providing ESG support at internal events and liaising with commercial team members for media response information.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a “can do” and “will do” attitude who is confident to offer new solutions in a B2B environment.

    You will be a keen marketing or business graduate or someone with practical marketing experience from working in a team creating support materials, you will have ideally worked in a Business to Business environment before, as we do operate very differently from a classic Business to Consumer environment. You will be enthusiastic and curious to learn more about marketing and our industry; as well has being organised, and a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You must have good IT skills including power point, experience in e-crm would also be advantageous (email campaigns to consumers / customers). You will also have experience of running Teams live events. You must also be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to multi task within a fast paced environment . You will be a 'go-getter’ who wants the chance to grow and learn and move on in your marketing career with us.
