What You Will Do

In this vital role, will play a critical part in delivering projects across brands, applying your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive insight at all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities include

  • Deliver analytics and market research projects across multiple brands in the portfolio
  • Integrate data sources to assess opportunities, provide new insights, and direct the focus of the business
  • Support enhancements to reporting, by working with stakeholders to understand and address feedback
  • Support Sales & Marketing colleagues with interpreting their data and applying to the business challenges they face.
  • Support BP&A colleagues with ad hoc analyses to responsively address brand and business needs at national, regional and local levels.
  • Prepare slides and reports for presentation to UK & Ireland leadership teams.                                               

Be Part of Our Team

The Business Planning and Analysis team applies analytical skills and market insight to deliver primary research, forecasting, performance analysis and competitive intelligence across the portfolio. Within the UK & Ireland commercial Affiliate the team works in collaboration with cross-functional brand teams, Finance, Market Access, the sales force and the Affiliate leadership team. It also interacts with the Regional Hub in Switzerland and Capability Centre in Portugal, to share Affiliate needs and best practice.

What We Expect Of You

  • University degree or equivalent experience in business or a STEM subject
  • Demonstrable aptitude for analytical thinking, with a methodical approach to producing detailed and accurate work
  • Strong capability in using data management tools such as Excel
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills enabling scoping of a challenge, evaluation of options, and building a consensus on necessary action
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, building strong relationships built on trust; but also to work effectively under your own initiative
