Specific Responsibilities
- Design of hardware & software solutions for product evaluation and reference designs.
- Development of customer facing collateral including datasheets, application notes and technical articles.
- Support customers through system integration, troubleshooting and testing through email, calls and on-site visits. Review customer schematics and layouts.
- Conduct product/application technical training for field personnel and customers.
- Evaluate and analyze product-level performance.
- Providing feedback to software and hardware teams on system design opportunities and input to next generation product definition.
