About our team

Our customers are building the future on Analog Devices’ processors. Development Tools Engineering (DTE) team strives to give our customers a development experience that allows them not only to create world-beating products, but to produce them faster than ever before.

The DTE team covers the full stack of development – from Java and React right down to developing our own in-circuit emulators for our processors.

Who we are looking for

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking versatile software developers with a desire to learn and a passion for code, to be involved with all stages of the development process to provide solutions for our customers.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and Build Software Tools for ADI and its customers!
    Tools like ADI’s CrossCore Embedded Studio’s Eclipse-based Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and A2B Bus Analyzer
  • Work with teams from around the company to provide next generation tools technologies
  • Work with customers to design software to satisfy their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer support
  • Work to meet clearly defined schedules as part of a distributed team working with employees all over the world

About you

Minimum qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to characterize, debug, and troubleshoot issues in software applications
  • Experience of C/C++, Java, or C#
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A desire to continually learn new skills and technologies
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously within larger group

Differentiating qualifications

  • Experience with
    • Designing User Interfaces
    • Using IDEs such as Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio, or VSCode
    • Command line tools
    • Scripting languages such as Python
    • Embedded Systems
  • An interest in
    • Web technologies, such as TypeScript, Node.js, and React
