What you'll do
Being a consultant is about understanding how you fit into the bigger picture.
We recruit Management Consultants for our Business Transformation team where you would be working in a diverse team of consultants cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
We recruit Transformational Consultants for our Intelligent Buildings practice where you would assist creating and growing a sustainable and profitable Intelligent Buildings practice focused on a wide variety of asset types and locations. Within this role you would develop key insights and analysis to inform the design and delivery of strategic visions and tactical implementations of our intelligent buildings service offering.
Requirements
To be considered for this programme you will need to be on course for achieving a minimum 2:1 in your degree. We need a mix of perspectives and skills so there’s no typical degree we’d need you to have, but we are looking out for people who:

Note: For Transformational Consultants, if applying from an unrelated degree background, you will be required to complete a distance learning MSc conversion course and will be working towards Chartership.
Selection Process
There is a two-step process for our early years programmes for candidates who meet our screening criteria:
- an online behavioural based assessment
- an assessment day (currently virtual)
