Programme overview

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed.  As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

On the Consultancy GROW Programme you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.   

Specialism

As part of Arcadis’ Local Government team, you will support the team to deliver service excellence by providing solutions, predominantly, but not exclusively, to local authority clients developing and delivering complex and challenging corporate asset and regeneration projects and programmes. The role offers the ability to work across a number of development initiatives from inception through to delivery of schemes, across a broad range of activity including housing development and town centre regeneration, through to large scale master planning of new towns.

  • Accepted degrees: BSc or MSc in one of the following: Property, Town Planning, Project Management, Commercial and/or Valuation, Development Management, Construction Management  

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will be graduating in 2024 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
