We are currently seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join our Property Litigation department in our Exeter office on a full time and permanent basis.
In this role you will directly assist fee earners in the team dealing with a range of property litigation matters. You will be fully involved in all aspects of litigation, including the preparation of Court papers, preparing correspondence that is generated as a matter progresses and speaking to clients and third parties by telephone.
This position is a good foundation for you to go on and become a qualified lawyer and many of our Paralegals have gone on to successfully qualify as Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives.
Who you are
As a recent Law graduate or paralegal with previous expereince in Property Litigation or another area of law, you will be self-motivated, independent and eager to learn. We will expect you to work proactively with colleagues to provide them with all the support they need in order to deliver great results for our clients.
You will also be a quick learner, have excellent IT skills and be meticulous and thorough in order to deliver high quality work.
