The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dedicated and motivated individual to join our Global Creative Design team. You will be working within a well-established team of visualisers, creatives and developers, supporting projects across our national UK based business & other Global regions.

Due to the increased Middle Eastern opportunities within AtkinsRéalis, there will be an expectation to work on large masterplan schemes from these regions.

This is a hybrid role, being based our of our Leeds or Glasgow office for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the ability to work remotely for the rest of the week.

Responsibilities

  • Good time management skills, coordinating with our Technical and Creative leaders to deliver work to a high standard of output within deadline, budget and to client brief.
  • Taking ownership of assigned projects/tasks.
  • Develop a friendly rapport with colleagues, locally and in remote locations.
  • Take responsibility and demonstrate initiative to continually develop and learn new technical skills.
  • Complete timesheets accurately and on time.

Skills

  • Good demonstrable knowledge of 3DS Max, V-Ray and Photoshop essential, this includes extensive knowledge of modelling, materials setup, lighting and UV mapping.
  • Good demonstrable knowledge of the Adobe creative suite.
  • Experience working with Navis Works, Autocad, and Civil 3D is desirable.
  • Strong personal organisation.
  • Keen eye for detail and strives for perfection.
  • Some working knowledge of Unreal engine desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills required in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to take clear briefs and communicate progress clearly with Project Managers and designers in the UK.
  • Great team player, able to collaborate and work as a team both locally and remotely.
  • Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.

Education

  • Relevant degree-level qualification or 1 to 2 years of industry experience.
