We are looking for a dedicated enthusiastic candidate who is keen to learn. They should be able to work as part of the team and alone on projects.
The candidate will have a job list to perform on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and dependant on ability, will then contribute to some key 2024/25 projects. This will provide first-hand experience of how a performance analysis and measurement team functions and the role it plays in the investment process at AXA-IM.
Responsibilities
- To assist in the update and maintenance of systems and procedures to enable the Performance Analysis Team to operate efficiently.
- Responsible for analysis on a selection of portfolios and developing working relationships with fund managers.
- To ensure distribution of reports for weekly, monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting both accurately and within deadline requirements.
- Assisting in completion of ad-hoc requests. Ensuring all deadlines are met, while building a good working relationship with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and innovation of new reporting, learning to use new systems to achieve this.
- Assist with projects, maintaining a good working relationship with other teams.

- Complete task list, efficiently and within deadlines.
- Improve procedures within the department and increase efficiency by implementing new systems/procedures while working towards the completion of our 2022/23 objectives

Qualifications
- Preparation for a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Maths or Engineering
Experience
We do not expect candidates to have relevant performance experience but any exposure to the following systems would be beneficial:
- Microsoft Office: Excel & PowerPoint
- VBA
- FactSet (in particular PA3), SPAR
- Morningstar
- Bloomberg
