Graduate programme

Axxsys are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are keen to pursue a career within a leading management & technology consultancy brand. We are seeking collaborative, inquisitive and natural problem solvers, who are willing to apply themselves and contribute to our desire to build a unique, world-class service offering for our clients.

The programme will specifically provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and skills by working directly with various management teams across the world’s largest asset managers. If you’re looking for a career that combines stimulating challenges with a lively work culture, Axxsys is the place for you.

New Analysts starting with Axxsys will be provided with a developmental Analyst training schedule designed to provide you with key consulting skills. All new Analysts will be provided with a combination of tool-specific training (e.g. Snowflake training), soft skill training (time management, presentation skills), and training in Consulting activities. Alongside the training period we also organise and host multiple social events to warmly welcome you to the team.

On completion of your training, you will start supporting our clients on projects across a range of practice areas. You immediately become a key member of the Axxsys team working as a consultant to the world’s top asset and wealth managers. You will be working on projects that vary in length from a few weeks to 18+ months, alongside senior executives helping to solve challenges and achieve the goals. 

Candidate Profile:

We look for candidates who are eager to make an impact and fulfil the below requirements:

• Predicted or achieved a 2.1 in any degree discipline
• Have a genuine interest in consulting and the asset & wealth management industry
• Be highly ambitious, proactive and entrepreneurial with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Have strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
• Ideally would have completed an internship in a relevant sector 
• Willingness to be part of a team which enjoys working hard and socialising together
• Technical / software engineering skills are highly advantageous
