Support achieving operational excellence across the business through the delivery and co-ordination of strategically aligned business improvement projects. Ensures viable and sustainable solutions are developed using Continuous Improvement tools, techniques and project management principals taking into account process, systems, and people dynamics.
Follow your passion with the following responsibilities
A key element of the role will involve working closely with a variety of stakeholders supported by clear communication and engagement strategies. While being responsible for the successful delivery of specific project elements, with more freedom of scope coming as experience develops.
Requirement also to assist in the development of functional capability training, coaching and mentoring for the wider Operational Excellence Function in Tools, Techniques and best practice.
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
