    We are passionate about sustainability, so as a Construction Manager Graduate with us, you will be part of a cohort and be assigned Corporate Social Responsibility Projects that are changing the construction industry for the better.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Handling health and safety on a project
    • Setting bench marks of work to be done
    • Setting and agreeing budgets for the work
    • Managing and recruiting staff for the project
    • Being directly responsible for the work being carried out and the decision making 
    • Working on-site - inspecting work, checking materials and their delivery and storage, checking everyone is following safety rules
    • Working in the office - dealing with contracts, working with clients, holding meetings to keep the project on time and on budget
    • Work closely with architects and construction engineering professionals on a project. 
    • Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm
    • Support the delivery of sustainability activities

    These roles are UK wide and could be based in the following locations: West Midlands, East Midlands, Central Scotland, North Scotland, South East

    Who we're looking for:

    • A minimum of a 2:2 BSc (Hons) in Construction Management
    • Ideally have experience or a previous placement within a construction environment
    • Eligibility to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
    • Ideally hold a full UK drivers’ licence at the time of joining
    • A flexible approach to work and able to adapt to change (you may be required to relocate as part of the programme)
    • A team focus with the ability to communicate and build strong relationships with a wide variety of people at all levels
