    The role will be to work with and support the Senior Property Managers in Managing the Permanent and Contract Estate across the UK. This involves a cross section of property uses from Land to significant offices including design and fit out. The role involves all aspects of general practice surveying plus managing external consultants and contractors.

    What you'll be doing

    • Manage property transactions
    • Draft licence agreements
    • Advise internal clients on all property matters
    • Manage external suppliers including solicitors, surveyors and contractors
    • Assist in managing capex projects on permanent estate
    • Manage service charge budgets / accounts review and liaise with managing agents / landlords and proceed appropriately
    • Assist in the setting of budgets
    • Review lease documents and advise appropriately
    • Handle landlord & tenant matters

    Who we're looking for

    • Candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified, likely within last 12 months
    • Has office and industrial experience
    • Someone keen to carry out a multi-disciplinary role
    • Someone who makes good relationships
    • Good knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law
