    What you'll be doing

    • Develop goals and objectives that lead to growth and prosperity
    • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
    • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
    • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
    • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
    • Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and write reports
    • Assess overall company performance against objectives
    • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
    • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

    This role will be based in East Anglia. 

    Who we're looking for

    • A minimum of a 2:2 BA (Hons) or BSc (Hons) in a business or engineering related degree
    • Ideally previous work experience or placement in a similar environment
    • Eligibility to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
    • Ideally hold a full UK drivers’ licence at the time of joining
    • A flexible approach to work and able to adapt to change (you will be required to travel as part of the programme)
    • A team focus with the ability to communicate and build strong relationships with a wide variety of people at all levels
