Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. About the role

The Building Safety Unit’s (BSU) Programme Management Office (PMO) team supports the delivery of a large remediation programme across BDW’s legacy portfolio. It is responsible for ensuring that data, governance and processes are robust and can support the successful delivery of a lengthy programme with a large number of complex projects.

We are looking for a data analyst to support the needs of the BSU and its stakeholders in respect of collecting and scrutinising data, as well as ensuring high data standards that will deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely reporting to support strategic decision making. Reporting to the PMO lead, you will be expected to:

  • Oversee data systems and reporting frameworks, including setting up and maintaining data processes.
  • Use data visualisation tools to build reports for the team and its stakeholders.
  • Support the continuous improvement in records management processes and policies.
  • Monitor and audit data quality.
  • Liaise with the group data office to drive improvements and alignment with group systems and processes.
  • Support the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.

What you'll need?

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

  • High level IT skills, particularly in Excel and data visualisation tools (such as PowerBI).
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills with an ability to interact at all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving demands of the BSU.
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and a commitment to exceptional customer care and service in all activities.
  • Self–discipline and demonstrably good time management skills with the ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • A commitment to personal learning and development and the development of colleagues.
