    The Role

    The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the Communications, Culture and Engagement (CCE) team and support the team to deliver communication, culture and engagement initiatives across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate administration service to the CCE team
    • Working with the CCE Business Partners for content, build, design of the Weekly News, to be shared internally
    • Managing our Executive coffee’s channel – including keeping the spreadsheet up to date, managing invitations, working with PA’s and executive members to hold time for sessions and promotion in the Weekly News for signups.
    • Organising and supporting CCE meetings, homepage schedule and Head of CCE Diary management.
    • Managing the look and feel of our communication channels, aligning with our brand through design, graphics and illustrations using Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe and SharePoint
    • Managing the delivery of our video and podcast channels including trimming videos and podcasts, uploading and sharing recordings onto other channels.
    • Leading on logistics and supporting the delivery of internal events, including managing diary invitations for employees/rehearsal sessions, working closely with the IT and Facilities teams on tech and spaces.
    • Managing the intranet; The Box, ad hoc Sharepoint actions, permission requests and the support relationship to fix any issues as they arise
    • Proofreading, sourcing and delivering content when required
    • Keeping up-to-date on new trends and developments within the area of communications and employee engagement
    • Ensuring all communication activity underpins the Beazley Group strategy objectives
    • Working with third party agencies to deliver according to plan and brief

    Personal Specification

    Skills and Abilities

    • Strong organisational skills
    • Excellent communicator, verbal and written
    • Able to identify and build strong relationships throughout the business
    • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Digital content creation (graphic design, video editing etc)

    Knowledge and Experience

    • Proven experience in a team organising role, such as a Team Secretary or Personal Assistant position
    • Experience in communications environment would be preferred
    • Experience of planning and managing events
