As a Graduate on our Global Finance Trainee Programme, you’ll play a meaningful role in the operation of our Group’s finances through financial planning, reporting, and analysis, helping us to maximise value and set the business up for decades of further success.

What will I be doing?

Working in our Finance function you'll rotate through three teams over the 2-year programme, taking on a variety of projects and making your mark in global markets. You’ll be responsible for producing financial reports and forecasts, assessing risk and the feasibility of projects. You will also be implementing changes to improve the efficiency of our finance function.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be on track to becoming a CIMA accredited Chartered Accountant.

Some teams you could be working with include

  • Group Finance – uses a data-led approach to financial planning, forecasting and reporting to enable group-wide strategy execution
  • Group Treasury – ensures that we have the appropriate level of funding and liquidity to support sustainable business growth and performance
  • Global Risk & Assurance – ensures we can meet our strategic business objectives through the identification and management of risk i.e. the things that could go wrong.
  • Regional Finance – is responsible for guiding, advising, and challenging the Regional Lead team on the delivery of their financial and business goals.
  • Strategic Projects – This team leads and delivers change across the Finance function which improves our ways of working and enables enhanced business performance.

Who we’re looking for

To be eligible for this role, you must have graduated, or expect to graduate with a Bachelors degree in any subject area. You must also have the right to work in the UK for the duration of our programme.

You don’t have to have studied a particular degree to join us, but there are some specific qualities we look for in our candidates. You should be eager to take on challenges, enjoy working as a team to collaborate on finding solutions, and should have a passion for development and growth, constantly looking to learn new things and exploring new ideas. We also look for people who are aligned to our values: collaborative, driven, caring and genuine.
