Join Belron International on our Belron Global Trainee Programme and embark on a rewarding career journey. Our programme is designed to challenge, inspire, and cultivate your leadership skills in real-world scenarios. With us, you're not just starting a job; you're stepping into a role that shapes the future.

As a Graduate on our Technology & Transformation Trainee Programme, you’ll delve into the core of our data-centric decision-making, global technology services and you’ll also assist in fortifying our cyber defences, deploying innovative solutions to safeguard our clients and internal stakeholders against potential cyber threats.

What will I be doing?

Working in our Technology & Transformation function, you'll rotate through three teams over the 2-year programme. You’ll be exploring and reporting back on new technologies we can adopt to improve processes throughout our business, and work on strategic and transformation projects, communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries. In our Cyber Security & Privacy team you’ll be helping us prepare for and defend against cyber-attacks, through implementing security policies and deploying technology to defend against such attacks.

Some teams you could be working with include:

  • Data Led Decision Team: Our data team applies data science, machine learning, and AI to drive informed decision-making, equipping everyone at Belron with the insights to thrive. They ensure risk management and strict data governance, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and data-driven innovation. They are specialists in spotting trends and making predictions with the latest tech, keeping us competitive.
  • Cyber Security & Privacy Team: Our Cyber Security team is prepping for and defending Belron from any cyber threats. As our visibility increases, so does the risk of cyber-crime. We're constantly refining our policies and fortifying our defences. Every month, we intercept thousands of malicious emails and collaborate with authorities for the latest in cyber intelligence, keeping threats at bay.
  • Global Technology Services (GTS): In GTS, we partner with our business and technology partners to create cutting-edge IT solutions, enhancing services for both our internal teams and our customers. We blend established practices such as ITIL, with agile DevOps to provide seamless service integration, robust application support, comprehensive infrastructure maintenance, and tools that enable our teams to collaborate effectively from anywhere.

You should be eager to take on challenges, enjoy working as a team to collaborate on finding solutions, and should have a passion for development and growth, constantly looking to learn new things and exploring new ideas.
