Guaranteed interview upon Bloomberg Launch completion

Complete Bloomberg Launch before submitting an application to further your knowledge and stand out from other applicants. Candidates who complete the programme receive a certificate of completion and are guaranteed a phone interview for the role most relevant to their skills, so long as they are eligible at the time of our open roles.

The programme consists of nine one-hour webinars. Over the course of two weeks, you will:

• Learn the foundations of financial markets through the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC).
• Become interview ready with CV best practices and interviewing strategies, led by the recruiting team.
• Better understand the culture, career paths, and the importance of diversity and inclusion at Bloomberg.

Bloomberg Launch focuses on two distinct career paths within Bloomberg: Global Data, and Analytics and Sales.

Analytics and Sales begins with an extensive training program where you will learn the terminal inside and out. In the role, you will engage with clients on a daily basis in order to ensure that they are using the terminal to the best of their ability and have the support they need to make their business decisions. With the expertise you build in this role, you may move into Sales where you will be front and center with our clients. Learn more about Analytics and Sales here.

Global Data is responsible for all the data behind Bloomberg’s products and services. It will be your job to keep our clients ahead of the curve. You might end up sourcing data, processing it or setting up the technology that helps us do more with it. Cohorts of Bloomberg Launch take place every two months. Please submit your application and we will review your candidacy for the programme, and communicate upcoming dates and cohorts if applicable.

Bloomberg Launch is currently a remote learning opportunity. Details for the cohorts and sessions will be provided upon admission to the programme.
