    The role

    We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Womenswear team. Within this role you will support the Merchandiser at all levels, including attending range planning meetings, analysing market trends, overseeing Purchase Order Management and help to plan and deliver profitable, customer focused ranges.

    What you will do

    • Collate and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Participate in range planning meetings, confidently understanding KPIs.
    • Forecast line cards for key production lines, whilst making any recommendations.
    • Generate size ratios based on regular analysis.
    • Analyse market trends based on regular analysis.
    • Oversee the Purchase Order Management and approval process.
    • Review and monitor intake against monthly stock targets.
    • Lead weekly intake meetings.
    • Support the monthly WSSI process, ensuring OTB sheet is up to date.
    • Propose markdown options and depths to clear stock profitably.
    • Create and review Monday Trade packs and present in trade meetings.
    • Drive trade by identifying risks and opportunities.

    What we're looking for

    • Passionate about a career in Merchandising.
    • Prior experience as a Merchandising Admin Assistant.
    • Experience in proactively managing workload, prioritising, and delegating.
    • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
    • Highly analytical with attention to detail.
    • Experience of being part of a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience of working cross functionally.
    • Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Great time management
    • Ability to multitask and work independently.
    • Help mentor direct line reports and provide support to more junior members of the team.
