    We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will support our Chief Commercial Officer responsible for Product, Design, Brand and Marketing.

    The Role

    This role will be managing diaries (including scheduling all meetings), appointments and general administration. You will need strong interpersonal skills and relationship management. Exceptional organisational skills and keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and calm/level-headed manner.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Extensively manage the diary and agendas across multiple teams and stakeholders
    • Provide background information on all meetings, both internal and external making sure the Executives are briefed ahead of meetings
    • Support the production of presentations and papers
    • Be a total people person and know when to prioritise what and when
    • Own distribution lists for teams
    • Manage travel and expenses
    • Support with general administration

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
    • Strong calendar and time management skills
    • High level of organization
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, completing them with a high degree of accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
