Job description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our HR team at Worcester Bosch! In this 2 year Graduate postion, you will play a pivotal role as the HR Partner for our Early Careers programmes (Internships, Apprentices, Graduates) across 2 manufacturing locations as well as field based.

This position offers a great opportunity for you to gain practical HR experience and contribute to new initiatives - enabling their growth, development and implementation, supporting the business to be fit for the future. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as HR Partner for early careers talent! You will enable our business to: attract candidates, onboard successfully, facilitate succession planning and encourage employees to develop and perform at their best.
  • Planning, coordinating and moderating all events for early careers, including our support of the Local Enterprise Partnership (a County Council initiative growing the local economy and creating job opportunities)
  • Communicating our early careers activities internally within the business and externally, on social media and in the local community.
  • Supporting on projects including: change, performance and reward cycles, promotions, line manager development and data reporting.
  • Plus much more!

You will be provided with a wide range of experiences and skills enabling you to progress into either a HR generalist or HR specialist role in the future.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • A relevant degree or qualification from a recognised professional HR body.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to record and present data accurately and professionally.
  • The ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
  • Driving licence is necessary for the role.

Travel (including overnight stays) to other UK Bosch sites for business/training purposes may be required.

Additional information

  • Working Hours: 39 hours a week; (08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break each day)
