We move. you win. Bosch Rexroth Ltd is offering one student the opportunity to work with us on a 12 month placement scheme.

You would be working within the Quality Department of our business at St Neots. This will give you the chance to gain experience and build up knowledge whilst taking responsibility for departmental tasks within all areas of Quality Management.

Job description

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the implementation of specific customer requirements regarding quality processes (inspection and test plans)
  • Monitoring quality performance indicators and analysing data statistically
  • Contributing to systematic problem solving (root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable improvements)
  • Supporting in dealing with nonconforming products from suppliers and tracking of appropriate improvement activities
  • Administration and simplification of our document management and knowledge base systems
  • Collaborating with other departments and locations in the UK as well as in Europe
  • Carrying out a small project that helps to improve quality of products and services

Your profile

  • Good analytical and mathematical skills
  • Structured working approach, good attention to detail
  • Working on problems with focus on solutions, showing perseverance
  • Strength in cooperating with different functional areas
  • Able to present well when communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Good command of the English language
  • Studying for a relevant degree (e.g. engineering or science)
