Job description

As a Bosch intern you will benefit from on the job training in a supportive working environment where you can develop your personal and professional skills.

In this role you will take an active part in helping to shape parts of the Bosch UK Mobility Strategy and Solutions.

You will be involved in working with internal and external stakeholders to develop some of our strategic priorities and solutions, analysing business insights, creating content for business planning and connecting with small startups and medium size businesses.

As a Bosch intern you will benefit from on the job training in a supportive working environment where you can develop your personal and professional skills. You will get involved in preparing data and presentations, working with colleagues or customers overseas. In addition, there may be opportunities for you to represent Bosch at Trade Shows or customer-sponsored events.

You will need to be highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks and demands by anticipating the needs of others and looking for proactive solutions, so you will have the following attributes:

Qualifications

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Studying for an undergraduate or Masters degree and required to take a placement as part of your course
  • Ability to organise own work and work autonomously
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to use an integrated system such as SAP, social media, databases or other tools provided by the company to do your role
  • UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Interest in the UK mobility space would be preferred
  • Passion for working on undefined and new discovery areas

Additional information

This is a 12- or 13-month internship beginning in June, July or August 2024. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

You will be required to work in the Coventry office which is based on the Warwick University campus.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
