Our paid discovery week is designed to give you a genuine insight into our business and to show you where you could fit in. You will have the opportunity to network with the bp Positively Ethnic Network (PEN), meet other students, meet recent graduates and hear from industry leaders. You'll attend a series of workshops and seminars; building both skills and knowledge. You'll also have the chance to select to shadow an area of the business that you are most interested in (subject to availability).
The programme will take place during the university spring holidays. You will spend time in our Sunbury-on-Thames office and may travel to other locations for your shadow experience. As well as being a paid programme, travel to and from the placement will be reimbursed and accommodation will be provided.
Requirements
To be eligible for this programme, applicants must be in their pre-penultimate year of study. For example you may be a first year student on a 3 year course or second year student on a 4 year course and graduating in 2023. Academically we look for you to be on track to achieve a 2:1 (or above) in your final year of study.

Note: only select integrated master's if you have completed, or are completing, a four or five year integrated master's degree.
