The role

Experience life at one of the UK’s leading property companies over the summer, with opportunities to spend time across several departments of the business such as Development, Social Sustainability, Marketing, Communications, and Property Management.

You will also work on the Euston Tower project at Regents Place in Camden, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team that is looking at how to transform the 53-year-old disused building into a beautifully designed, sustainable new building that delivers pioneering workspace, accessible and inclusive spaces for the neighbouring community and supports the development of the local economy.

What you'll do

  • During the six-week internship you will work across three of our exciting departments, and the Euston Tower project. You will have the opportunity to explore a broad spectrum of business areas to give you a better understanding of the property industry.
  • You will work as part of a team on specific projects and present to senior management on key findings and recommendations by the end of the internship.
  • You will attend a range of meetings internally and externally, with responsibility for taking minutes and ensuring actions are followed up.
  • You will support the Euston Tower social impact programme, to ensure that the project team identifies and delivers opportunities to maximise impact for the local community.

About you

  • No experience is needed, just an interest in property, and a willingness and eagerness to learn
  • You should be: Collaborative, team oriented with a positive and open approach. o Proactive and self-motivated, with an ability to think on your feet and take on responsibility.
  • Have excellent written and oral communicators, as well as being analytical, creative, hardworking, well-rounded, and good problem solvers.
  • You must be a resident in the borough of Camden to apply. There are no age restrictions.
