The role

To manage the daily/weekly activities of stock control, asset control, and transportation coordination at both the Enfield and Kentish Town sites. The aim of this is to maintain strong financial control over all goods movements in/out of these locations and interface with necessary 3PL/Other ABI sites, in line with company policies.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Focus on Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost
  • Liaison with Logistics network, 3PL, and Brewery departments
  • Attend daily alignment calls with ZCC & 3PL
  • Report relevant KPIs as per MCRS process
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S, Quality, and HACCP standards
  • Lead by example, challenge performance issues, and reinforce good behaviour
  • Coach team on WMS and SAP processes, and train on process changes
  • Monitor progress against production plans and address issues to avoid disruptions
  • Optimize costs across departments and monitor road tanker operations for improvement opportunities
  • Ensure stock accuracy in SAP vs. physical reality. Manage and coach good stock control among production teams

Who we’re looking for

  • Higher education in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred; full training provided
  • Experience in team management, achieving targets, and KPIs
  • Background in warehousing management or supervision
  • Proficient in managing significant change and implementing process improvements
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing principles and project management
  • Familiarity with Warehouse systems (SAP, WMS, TMS, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Logistics, Distribution, and Transport processes
  • Exceptional organization and computer skills
  • Demonstrates leadership, coaching, flexibility, and effective communication skills; builds rapport and trust across all levels; motivates and inspires staff; results-focused and detail-oriented; adept at creating networks and fostering relationships within and across departments
