Your primary responsibility will be to support Sales Representatives/Executives and Account Managers/Executives in pursuing business opportunities. You will get exposure to both client-facing work and Capgemini’s internal business processes.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

To give you more of an idea of what’s involved you could be:

  • Supporting go-to-market teams with the delivery of growth plans
  • Having responsibility for opportunity development, managing it through to closure
  • Participating in deploying the Sales strategy for larger opportunities
  • Building your own external network and forming valuable client relationships
  • Collaborating with Market Unit and Portfolio teams to align client demand and Capgemini Solutions
  • Collaborating with the Bid Management team to understand the Bid process
  • Collaborating with the Sales Operations team to understand the Sales process (including seeking approvals from internal stakeholders where required)

  • The ability to communicate clearly and with impact – our clients need to feel confident that you understand their requirements

  • Be prepared to challenge and be challenged, to think on your feet, pitch in ideas and work collaboratively

Your security clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last five years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
