An exciting opportunity as we launch a new digital products for our strategic clients. As the Digital Engagement Executive, you will help design, deliver, and manage the new digital experiences. You will work with Pensions Digital Product Leads to deliver the Digital Strategy. You’ll be working as part of a key team focussed on achieving challenging outcome targets, building digital assets for strategic clients and key stakeholders.

Job description

As the Digital Engagement Executive for strategic clients, you'll be expected to work closely with the client and understand their specific digital needs and support the Product Lead in prioritising these needs to inform the roadmap for the Client. You will also collaborate with the program, operational and engagement teams dedicated to the clients in this role. You will be an enabler for the engagement team by helping enable areas such as personalisation, segmentation, automated communications, content management, event management, email and SMS tools, campaign-specific web developments, and App integration. This will empower their team to deliver the member and employer engagement plans

What you will do

  • Manage relationships between teams, partners, and customers.
  • Work with project teams and key stakeholders to develop and deliver user-centered solutions within project timeframes and objectives.
  • Work closely with IT to understand technical constraints in journeys and help adjust the journey appropriately. Drafting new/amended products or services as needed.
  • Work closely with the product lead, engagement, and the wider business to build insightful reporting
  • Collaborate with research lead to conduct website usability testing to review site performance.
  • Assisting in key digital initiatives, including search engine optimization.
  • Raising awareness and assisting in driving online traffic, visitor conversion and brand awareness.
  • Analysing, monitoring and reporting of client website.
  • Extracting and manipulating data for use in segmented campaigns.
  • Optimising key pages within the site for SEO.
  • Assist the delivery of the web content plan.

What we are looking for

  • Familiar with financial service digital product journeys
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information in front of stakeholders from all backgrounds. Helping them understand our vision now and in the future
  • You must be analytical and be comfortable defining and reviewing customer journeys. You must be able to clearly articulate issues and work with the various teams on solutions for compelling journey improvement. Being responsible for the delivery of monthly client reporting.
  • Working in a defined benefit pensions environment would assist with understanding the terminology used and processes involved.
