As an Implementation Analyst you will configure pension administration systems, ensuring they align with client-specific rules and regulations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analyse Calculation requirements
  • Undertake system configuration, data analysis, and testing
  • Upload and download system data
  • Collate and combine scheme and data information from various sources
  • Support the production of requirement documentation
  • Participate in client meetings and project status calls
  • Liaise with clients, third parties and Capita departments

What we’re looking for

  • MS Excel - advanced level of skills
  • Experience of handling sensitive client data/data Management
  • Ideally some DB Pensions knowledge and experience would be beneficial
  • Able to perform calculations
  • Project Management/Experience of working in a project environment
  • Analytical approach to problem resolution and a good team player
  • Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communications.
