Our digital and technology team have an opportunity for  Business Analyst to join the global team.  This role is ideally for someone with experience in finance systems, with either peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle or equivalent platforms.

Your role will include formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Through to developing or modifying moderately complex information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.

Ability to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Generally uses existing procedures to resolve standard problems.

Responsibilities

  • Business analyst for PeopleSoft Financial P2P (Accounts Payable, Expenses).
  • Knowledgeable with XML Payables Bank file changes, AP paycycle process and exporting files from PeopleSoft to TRAX, 3rd party Purchasing interfaces.
  • Provides outstanding financial system upgrades/images support through defining requirements, testing, documentation development and mentoring users.
  • Write business requirements related to report development and/or system changes
  • Work proactively with IT to determine the next generation of system tools to enhance capacity and efficiencies
  • Communicate efficiently with various teams within CBRE.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
  • Peoplesoft experience desirable
