The role

Cirrus Logic’s is looking for talented engineering interns to work in the following areas:

  • Design
  • Layout
  • Product Test
  • Verification
  • Apps
  • Validation
  • Failure Analysis
  • PCB Design

Preferred skills and qualifications

This opportunity is available for summer placements, which will run around June-August. It is available only to students currently enrolled in a MEng or BEng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (or related) degree on track for a 2:1 or better. Candidate must be available for full time employment during the internship.

  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Solid understanding of analogue and digital integrated circuit design fundamentals
  • Understanding of CMOS operational amplifier design
  • Strong lab and silicon validation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About us

Internships will be based in either our Edinburgh or Newbury offices.

This is a hybrid position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
