What to Expect

As a Customer Experience Analytics & Metrics Intern, you will be responsible for understanding the key systems and processes within the CommScope Customer Journey in order to develop and monitor key metrics that impact customer satisfaction. You will work closely with leaders across the company to develop and maintain standard data models, reporting, metrics and dashboards to identify opportunities that optimize business outcomes and positively impact the Customer Journey.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Collecting, validating, standardizing and ensuring the accuracy of data and reporting from multiple data systems that define the Customer Journey.
  • Designing, developing and maintaining data models, reporting, metrics and dashboards that are based on key business functions and provide operations and performance metrics within the Customer Experience.
  • Communicating Customer Journey results and business impacts to stakeholders within the company via Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and provide input into CXE communications.
  • Documenting the CXE Metrics/Analytics process, identifying key contacts, systems, and tools, and data, reports and metrics that drive insight into the Customer Experience.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Enrolled in a BS, BA or master’s program in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Marketing from an accredited university
