    We have a fantastic opportunity for 4 x Gradute Sales executives to join a new innovative division of Compass Group. We're open to both experienced telesales professionals or graduates looking to develop a career in sales.     Reporting to the Head of Lead Generation you will be generating new business leads through research and calling activity.  Fully aligned to our business sectors and working closely with the sales teams to target opportunities, gain information and set first appointments for the sellers. Meeting your individual sales target, you will contribute to the overall growth of Compass Group UK & Ireland’s business.

    More about the role

    • Researching prospects through multiple channels to develop base knowledge of opportunities and buyers
    • Deliver high quality calling activity to a targeted pipeline to qualify information and generate first appointments for the Business Development team
    • Work closely with Sales Directors to support their needs and that of their market and reflect these in your ways of working and propositions over the phone
    • Work with Sales Directors and Sector Marketing teams to ensure you have the most up-to-date information on the business proposition
    • Continuously prospect and qualify new sales leads which fit the target brief
    • Identify opportunities for new sales collateral to be developed and sent across to prospects when working on specific opportunities and share these requests with Commercial Marketing team to develop
    • Work alongside the Commercial Digital Manager during LinkedIn campaigns to attain insight into prospect management and adjust your weekly/monthly activity accordingly to optimise interactions and prospect engagements
    • Support the Commercial Digital Manager to build up prospect LinkedIn connections for individual sales team profiles and company pages

    Who you are

    • Ideally proven experience working in a sales lead generation environment, if not then the right aptitude and drive to be successful in this role
    • Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages and CRM systems
    • A desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment with a passion to learn and understand the sales funnel process
    • You’ll be entrepreneurial, target oriented and passionate about the Compass brands you’ll be supporting
    • Target focused and confident at handling objections to achieve your revenue goals
    • Excellent telephone manner, will be outgoing and thrive working in a close-knit team
    • You’ll possess commercial awareness, constantly seeking new opportunities to generate revenue,
