We are a not-for-profit provider of support for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and older people in Camden, Barnet, Wandsworth, Bromley, Tower Hamlets and Essex. We are seeking a proactive and well organised individual who is passionate about working in the not-for-profit sector.

What you'll do

You will plan and coordinate training for our Camden, Barnet and Wandsworth staff, and assist in the planning and implementation of client activities. You will also assist with operational matters when required, maintain high levels of service user involvement, work to develop our services across the region and operate collaboratively across the organisation on a variety of projects.

Who you are

You will be well organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail and good IT (especially Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and communication skills. A good standard of verbal and written English is essential. You will be approachable with a warm and helpful telephone manner. You must enjoy team working as well as working alone using your initiative. Gumption and a can-do attitude will hold you in good stead.

A genuine interest in people with learning disabilities and mental health needs along with a commitment to diversity is essential. In return for your commitment we can offer you interesting, varied and rewarding work and you will enjoy supportive management from senior managers.

Working hours are full time Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening work as required. You will based at our office in Archway and will be required to travel across London as required.
