The UK Debt Capital Markets team provides advice on to the banks’ key corporate and financial institutions clients on bond issuance, capital structure advisory and liability management
We are looking for a motivated intern who will contribute to supporting the UK Corporate and Financial Institution origination teams in terms of market analysis and presentations for the bank’s clients. This position offers great opportunities for a person who wants to learn about Debt Origination and understand how banks can advise both Corporates and Financial Institutions.
Application criteria
Minimum level of study
- Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Training / Specialization
- Degree of above interest in financial services
- Evidence of a strong quantitative skill set Some understanding of financial statements (financial institutions and/or corporates)
Soft skills
- Good written communication skills (updating on projects, progress on work, identifying issues and communicating on them)
- Fluent in English Proficient in MS Office tools (excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint)
IT tools
- A highly motivated individual who is interested in the banking sector and banking products
